What You Need
- 2, 10oz pkgs Cherry tomatoes
- ¼ Red onion
- 4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese
- 4 slices bacon
How It’s Made:
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Slice tomatoes in half and place in bowl
- Dice red onion and place in bowl
- Sprinkle in cheese and bacon and lightly stir
