Taco Tuesday is one of our favorite days not only for the health benefits but lately to help keep track of what day it is during this unique time. We’ve done everything from chicken, to al pastor, breakfast to dinner and even dessert. So let’s take a look back at what we’ve been making and the products we’ve been loving on our social media in case you’ve missed it!
Taco Combos
- Al Pastor: with homemade flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and beans and rice
- Taco Salad: ground beef, lettuce, beans, cheese, salsa, blue top sauce
- Chicken Tacos (and beef tacos): frozen peppers and onions, corn tortillas, cabbage, random fridge produce leftovers
- Breakfast Tacos: eggs, chorizo,
- Taco Chili: traditional bean chili, leftover meat, chips, cheese, sour cream
- Meditteranean Tacos: greek yogurt with za’atar, chicken, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, pita bread
