Savory Brunch Pizza
This light and summery brunch dish makes for an easy and budget friendly option with all the fresh produce you’re bringing to the table.
What You Need
- 1 pkg phyllo dough
- 1 c. Ricotta
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 Squash thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Chives
- 2 Tbsp. Thyme
- Salt and Pepper as desired
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Let phyllo dough come to room temperature and roll out a little thinner
- Place on a lined baking sheet and poke holes in it
- Bake for 15 minutes and then let it completely cool
- Spread on ricotta evenly
- Place zucchini and squash on pizza in spirals
- Chop garlic, thyme and chives and sprinkle mixture evenly onto pizza
- Drizzle with honey
