Savory Brunch Pizza

This light and summery brunch dish makes for an easy and budget friendly option with all the fresh produce you’re bringing to the table.

What You Need

  • 1 pkg phyllo dough
  • 1 c. Ricotta
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 Squash thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives
  • 2 Tbsp. Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper as desired

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Let phyllo dough come to room temperature and roll out a little thinner
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet and poke holes in it
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and then let it completely cool
  5. Spread on ricotta evenly
  6. Place zucchini and squash on pizza in spirals
  7. Chop garlic, thyme and chives and sprinkle mixture evenly onto pizza
  8. Drizzle with honey
