Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

What You Need
½ c. quinoa
1 c. ultrafiltered skim milk
⅓ c. water
1 ½ Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
½ c. blueberries
½ c. strawberries
¼ c. Walnuts
How It’s Made:
- Over medium-high heat, place a pot with milk, water, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt in it and bring to a small point.
- Stir in quinoa and reduce heat to low with the lid on.
- Check in 10 minutes to fluff with a fork
- Serve quinoa evenly between 4 bowls and
