Quick and Easy Sheet Pan Salmon

What You Need

  • ¼ c. East West Asian Fusion Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 1/3 lb. Salmon
  • 1 c. Lundberg Wild Rice
  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • Salt and pepper as desired

 How It’s Made:

  1. Cook rice according to package directions
  2. Once finished, drizzle 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce over rice and fluff with a fork
  3. Preheat oven to 450
  4. Line a pan with parchment paper
  5. Chop broccoli into florets and lightly spray with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper as desired
  6. Place broccoli along side the salmon
  7. Bake for 12 minutes
  8. Once cooled evenly brush salmon and broccoli with remaining teriyaki sauce
  9. Plate with rice on one side, broccoli on the other, and salmon on the top center
