Pumpkin Granola
There is something special about homemade granola and even more with fall spices. This filling granola is a great project to get the kids involved in the kitchen as well!
What You Need
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ c. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- On a large baking sheet place a piece of parchment down and spread the mixture out evenly
- Incorporate all ingredients into a bowl and mix evenly
- Bake for 20 minutes at a time stirring between each round. You will do about 2-3 rounds depending on how crunchy you want your mixture to be
