Pumpkin Corn Bread
Corn bread is a popular staple in our pantry but it’s getting a facelift with the seasonal favorite, pumpkin. Add that extra punch with the pumpkin spice spice and it’s great anytime of day.
What You Need
- 1 box jiffy corn bread
- ½ c. pumpkin
- 1 egg
- ⅓ c. milk
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Dash sage
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix wet ingredients
- Add dry ingredients and combine
- Add liners to muffin tins
- Fill a little under ⅔ full
- Bake for 15 minutes
