No-Bake Energy Oat Bites

What You Need
1 C. (dry) Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Ground Flax Seed
1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
1/3 C. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
How It’s Made:
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Once chilled, roll into 1” balls Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
