No-Bake Energy Oat Bites

Snack your way through the season with these delectable energy bites that take less than 10 minutes to make!

What You Need

1 C. (dry) Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Ground Flax Seed
1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
1/3 C. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

 How It’s Made:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
  2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Once chilled, roll into 1” balls Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
