What You Need
6 Eggs
12 egg whites
1, 4oz can Hatch chile
2 cups Simply Potatoes hash browns
12 oz Soyrizo
1 roma Tomato
½ large Onion
Cilantro
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl
- Grease a jumbo muffin pan and pour until ¾ of the way full
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
