Grilled Steak and Corn Salad
This 6 ingredient salad doesn’t get much easier or more full of sweet summer flavors
What You Need
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 lb Steak
- 2 ears Corn
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp Chimichurri of your choice (we used Freak Flag Chimi-verde sauce)
How It’s Made:
- Grill Steak and corn until steak reaches internal temperature of 155
- Roughly chop ½ of the romaine and iceberg lettuces and place in bowl
- Dice tomatoes and place on lettuce
- After letting steak rest slice against the grain and put on top
- Dollop on Freak Flag Chimi-Verde Sauce and enjoy
