Grilled Bread

Grilling bread is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat and veggies and so simple and really amps up the flavor.

What You Need

½ loaf Bay city sourdough

¼ c. Olive Oil

 How It’s Made:

  1. Cut sourdough in ½ inch thickness
  2. Heat a grill over medium-high
  3. Lightly brush bread on both sides with oil
  4. Add bread to grill and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until toasted
