Frozen Yogurt Bites

Sweet treats with whole ingredients can be hard to come by and with a little work on your part you can find the nutritional benefit as well as the treat.

What You Need

1 ½ c. Frozen Pineapple

1, 5.3oz Coconut Greek Yogurt

½ c. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

 How It’s Made:

  1. Combine yogurt and pineapple in a bowl and coat as evenly as possible
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, place the pieces spread out and sprinkle with coconut flakes
  3. Place in the freezer for 45 minutes
