Ever heard of dry January? It’s where you forgo alcohol and replace it with a non-alcoholic version of that drink or you could substitute it with a product on shelf to try something totally new. Let’s look at a few keto and paleo drinks that are very trendy and still give us a good nutrition profile when indulging:
- Coffee (like: High Brew Coffee, Super Coffee)
- Sparkling Waters (with no added sugars or sweeteners)
- Kombucha (sometimes ok on paleo)
- Teas (with no added sugars or sweeteners)
- Diet soft drinks (keto only)
