Crockpot Cinnamon Apple Steel Cut Oatmeal

What You Need
- 1.5 cups steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups fairlife milk
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- Optional toppings: sliced apples and walnuts for a boost in protein and dates
How It’s Made:
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot and stir to combine
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours
