Crockpot Cinnamon Apple Steel Cut Oatmeal

What You Need

  • 1.5 cups steel cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups fairlife milk
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced apples and walnuts for a boost in protein and dates

 How It’s Made:

  1. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and stir to combine
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours
