Browned Butter Roasted Mushrooms

This super simple side dish is only 2 ingredients and bursting with flavor. Why? The browned butter! What You Need

3 Tbsp. Butter

4, 8 oz pkgs Mushrooms

Salt and pepper as desired

Optional: parsley

 How It’s Made:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Brown the butter on medium heat (about 10 minutes)
  3. Stem mushrooms and place on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes
  4. Let mushrooms cool and toss with butter and serve
