Black Bean Tacos With Forager Avocado “Cream”

What You Need
- 2 cans Black beans
- 6oz hot salsa
- 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 lime
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 1 Forager yogurt
- ¼ bunch Cilantro
- ¼ Jalapeño
- ½ large Avocado
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper as desired
- Optional toppings: Cherry tomatoes, Shredded lettuce, Daiya Cheese, Cilantro
How It’s Made:
- Drain and rinse beans
- Zest and juice lime over beans
- In a bowl mix together salsa, chili powder, and cumin and pour over beans and mix together
- In a blender combine yogurt, cilantro, jalapeno and avocado
- Place beans in corn tortilla and top with sauce
- Add additional toppings as you like
