Avocado Shrimp Ceviche
Summer and shrimp are the perfect pair with this recipe.
What You Need
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 large avocados
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- ½ small red onion
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 2-3 limes, zested and juiced
How It’s Made:
- Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 5 minutes
- Dice all ingredients to similar sizes, besides the lime
- Dice shrimp a little bigger than the rest of the ingredients
- Combine all ingredients and enjoy
