What You Need
- 1 lb Chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 20 basil leaves
How It’s Made:
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half
- Cut avocado in ½ inch cubes
- Chiffonade basil leaves
- Have a grill pan oven medium high heat and cook chicken for about 6 minutes per side (or until internal temperature reaches 165)
- Top chicken breasts with tomato mixture
