Individual Charcuterie Cups

If you’re hosting this year, it probably looks a little different and we’re here to help. We love the family style serving but to cut down on touch points, ready-made appetizers and plates are a great way to go. Cue in the charcuterie cups! As with anything charcuterie, there is no wrong way to do this!
- We start off by taking your meat of choice and folding it in half and then again in half and stick it onto a toothpick.
- Next, put a few cherry tomatoes on a stick
- Slice your cucumber about ¼ inch thick
- Take carrot sticks and chop them down to about ½ – 1 inch long
- Slice cheese in thin strips
- Start with your carrots and cucumbers at the bottom followed by your hummus cup to keep your top ingredients fresh
- Place all the following ingredient in a cup to your liking: 2 crackers, 2 slices of manchego, 1 fig, 1 row of chocolate (3 squares), the pepperoni stick, the tomat stick, and a snipit of grapes
Shopping List to make these cups:
- 1 pkg Everything Cracker
- 3 block 3 month Manchego
- ½ lb Boars Head Pepperoni
- 1 pkg Grapes
- 1 pkg Figs
- 1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 pkg Carrot Sticks
- 6 individual Hummus Cups
- 1 bar XOXO Chocolate Bar
- 1 bag Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow
- 1 pkg Clear Cups
- 1 pkg Toothpicks
