Avocado Shrimp Ceviche

Summer and shrimp are the perfect pair with this recipe.

What You Need

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • ½ small red onion
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 2-3 limes, zested and juiced

 How It’s Made:

  1. Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 5 minutes
  2. Dice all ingredients to similar sizes, besides the lime
  3. Dice shrimp a little bigger than the rest of the ingredients
  4. Combine all ingredients and enjoy
