Air Fryer Turkey
This is the season for all of the seasoning. This air fryer turkey has some serious flavor and if you’re not the type to cook a full bird for the holiday or heat up the house with your oven this is an excellent way to indulge. Pair it with our air fryer asparagus and you’re two-thirds of the way there to a meal. Protein is an excellent macronutrient to help level off the blood sugar spike in those both with and without diabetes when consuming a meal or a snack so add this to your dinner plate soon!
What You Need
1 Turkey Tenderloin
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Smoked Paprika (or Paprika)
½ tsp. Ground Mustard
2 tsp. Dried Onion Flakes (or 1 tsp. Ground Onion Powder)
⅛ c. Soy Sauce
How It’s Made:
- Set airfryer to 400 degrees
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, dried onion flakes, and soy sauce
- Smear the mixture all over the turkey tenderloins
- Place in air fryer and let cook for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a thermometer
