1 Pan Shrimp Pasta
We’re in the thick of the holiday season and while some families are loving up on the traditional foods of leftover turkey, ham and mashed potatoes, we’re hitting pause and turning to the Italian side of things. This one pan dinner is a no-brainer for an easy weeknight dinner. Our only tip on this one is to make sure you plan ahead with the bake time because it only requires you to pour ingredients in a pan and dice a few tomatoes!
What You Need
1 lb Signature Kitchen Bucatini
¼ c. Extra virgin olive oil
1, 22oz Jar Signature Kitchen Truffle & Porcini Marinara Sauce
½ c. Signature Kitchen Frozen diced onions, thawed
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1, 10oz pkg cherry tomatoes
3 ½ c. water
1.5 lbs. Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tail off
Optional garish: parmesan and minced parsley
How It’s Made:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Dice cherry tomatoes in half
- In a 9×13 baking dish pour in pasta, olive oil, marinara, onions, garlic, tomatoes, water and cover with foil
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Remove from oven and stir in the shrimp and bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered
