5 minute Parmesan Lentil and Mushroom Side Dish

What You Need
4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 can Lentils
2, 8oz pkg. Mushrooms
3 cloves Garlic
1 small Onion
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
½ Tbsp. Onion powder
½ tbsp. Ground Thyme
Salt and pepper as desired
How It’s Made:
- Dice onion
- Heat pan over medium heat and saute onions until translucent about 7 minutes
- Mince mushrooms and garlic
- Add mushrooms, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to pan and saute for an additional 10 minutes
- Drain and rinse lentils
- Mix in lentils and heat through
