5 Ingredient Pasta Dinner
Trendy foods and taking a foodie approach to better your health doesn’t have to be hard or have multiple ingredients. Take this weeknight dinner for example with 5 ingredients and hits all the food groups of my plate.
What You Need
1 box Banza Pasta
1 jar (21oz) Signature Reserve truffle sauce (or a marinara of your choosing)
1 lb ground turkey
1 box, fresh zucchini zoodles (or 2 large zucchinis)
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
How It’s Made:
- Brown the ground turkey
- Boil the pasta according to package directions
- Saute vegetables according to package directions
- Grate parmesan cheese
- Combine pasta, meat, sauce, and zoodles in a bowl and divide amongst 4 plates and sprinkle with cheese
