1-Sheet Pan Cheeseburger Nachos
A spin on the classic! Extra points if you can all eat together off the sheet pan instead of using individual plates. Why might you ask? Well, number 1, it allows you to follow your hunger and fullness cues instead of attempting to finish your plate and number 2, less clean up
What You Need
- 4 servings beanitos chips
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 large beefsteak tomato
- ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- Additional toppings: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, pickles, onion, or anything else you put on your favorite burger
How It’s Made:
- Brown the beef
- Shred cheese
- Dice tomatoes, lettuce and onion
- On a sheet pan spread place down a piece of parchment paper
- Spread the chips out in a flat layer
- Sprinkle the ground beef, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheddar cheese, and pickles on evenly
- If you want the cheese melted turn on your broiler and place the sheet pan on the top rack for 2-5 minutes
- Layer on any additional toppings as desired
